I always try to take products that are all natural and are made with quality ingredients because I get enough junk put into my body from the food we eat, the stuff we drink and the medicine I haft to take. Now I am not going to sit here and claim that this supplement fixed my thyroid but I can say it did help with my sluggishness and not having so many cravings and did make me feel better but I think I need to take it longer to see more results so for me and as I have said I did not expect some miracle drug to work right off.
