I like how I could change the roller heads on this derma roller because i could get exactly where I wanted and what I wanted to work on.

It takes a little getting used to because yes the little pin blades are sharp and you haft to use the right amount of pressure to get it to work right or you or you will hurt yourself for sure.

I like using it with my cellulite cream on my legs and then I use the big roller to get all the area with my little fat bags as I call them and i have been able to tell a difference in my jiggle...lol.
